2011 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

     Membership in the Guild affords unique opportunities including eight months of store display for your work, advertising, special events and shows. The Guild retains 25% of in-house sales.  Since our Guild is a cooperative, member participation is necessary in order to carryout daily operations. This is a non-profit organization with no paid salaries. Everyone's help is needed.
     Therefore, with a specific amount of shop duty (cashier or helper, building maintenance, clean-up, Village Green Show helper, work at home, etc.), as well as volunteer committee work throughout the year, dues are set at a reduced rate under option 1. If you choose not to participate, you can join under option 2. Dues, determined by member’s participation, are as follows:

Option 1)  A selection of YES to shop duty and committee participation, annual dues are initially $100.00 (one hundred dollars) with a $70.00 (seventy dollar) REBATE to you upon completion of participating requirements. Shop duty can be done by someone else.

Option 2)  A selection of NO to shop duty, annual dues are $200.00 (two hundred dollars).
