ANNUAL ART AND CRAFTS SHOW ON THE CUTCHOGUE VILLAGE GREEN
AUGUST 6th 2011 SHOW FORM

Dear Exhibitor:
You are invited to participate in our 63nd Annual Art and Crafts Show on Saturday, August 6, 2011 (rain date, Sunday, August 7, 2011) on the Cutchogue Village Green, Route 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please read this application carefully.
We take pride in our Old Town traditions and enjoy a lovely location on the Village Green in the center of town, right on the main road which leads to numerous farm stands and vineyards so popular with tourists. We know you will help us live up to the standards of the highest quality show, made up exclusively of original art and handmade crafts. We must strictly enforce that only original artwork and high quality handmade crafts can be accepted.
Each entrant is of course responsible for setting up and maintaining their own display. Some ground areas are uneven so you may need leveling devices for your table(s). Please cover all tables, and place boxes out of sight to keep the grounds as attractive as possible. We do not provide tables.
Reminder: We are not a flea market. Souvenir and imported items will not be accepted. If, on the day of the show, our committee finds your crafts do not meet these qualifications, you will be asked to leave (fees are not refundable.) We are always open to ideas for improving our show. If you have any suggestions, please let us know.
Advance entry fees are: $75 for non-members or $40 for current Guild members. There will be no day-of-show registration. Entry fee entitles exhibitor to about 12 feet x 12 feet of snow-fence and ground space. Additional space may be purchased at the same rate. Fees are not refundable.
Kindly fill out and detach the entry form below and mail it with your check or money order payable to:  The Old Town Arts and Crafts Guild, Inc., P.O. Box 392, Cutchogue, NY 11935.
Please send your application promptly. YOUR CANCELLED CHECK IS YOUR RECEIPT.
